			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, we just had our 20-week sonogram this afternoon, and the baby is officially a girl. Now we can start focusing on picking a name. The photo here is a profile of our daughter&#8217;s head. If you&#8217;re having trouble making out the details, imagine that the baby is lying on its back with the top of its head pointing to the right. You can make out the nose and lips and even the eye socket and ear once you get your bearings.<br />

<p>Almost forgot&#8230; her weight at the time of the sonogram today was 12 oz. According to our sonogram technician, that weight is &#8220;just right&#8221; for 20 weeks.</p>
